Shoulder Shredder
Perform each of the following exercises in order for 50 seconds each with 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Rest for 2 minutes then repeat. Perform this circuit 3 times total.
1) Push press
2) Kettlebell swings *you can use a dumbbell if you don’t have a kettlebell
3) Arms up side lateral raises
4) High knees ankle taps with jump
5) Front raise to side lateral raise
6) Skaters
7) Alternating shoulder presses
8) High knee pulls
