I can’t lie, Momshells.

This next one is a doozie.

….but you’re going to thank me for it later when you find yourself suddenly fitting into those skin tight leggings in the back of your closet.

I created this running program years ago for my clients who had the concern of thick thighs or muscular quads.

This has been a lifelong battle for me as a petite woman and former cheerleader.

Running intervals have always been the ticket to me slimming down my “thunders” but keeping tone and shape.

Of course, it goes without saying, you won’t notice the results if you don’t keep your diet in check.

But with the following program, which combines inclines, uphill hiking pace, sprints AND walking lunges, you’re sure to burn anywhere from 400 to 500 calories in just 45 minutes!

For best results, I recommend doing this treadmill workout just once a week to complement your other Momshells total body at home workouts.
