Momshells Supplemental Cardio Routine 2: Hot Mama Stroller Workout
After having my first baby, I was faced with the common dilemma of lots of fat to lose and no time to go to the gym!
Not only was I pressed for time as a working mama, the gym daycare hours were restricted to four hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening and seriously, I could hardly bear the thought of leaving my new baby in the hands of anyone but myself, his father or a relative!
I began creating the home workouts that you see in the Momshells Workout Programs but once the spring weather rolled around, I was ready to take my training outdoors and picked up a jogging stroller as a Mothers Day gift to myself.
At first I mostly walked or jogged or a combination of both but then I found a few ideas from some stroller workout classes that I had seen on YouTube.
Stroller classes were not available in my area at that time so I created my own workout- and it turned out to be alot of fun for both me and my little one!

Run/Jog 3 minutes
- 20 squats in place
Run/Jog 5 minutes
- 20 paces, walking lunges
Run/Jog 7 minutes
- 15 push ups in place
Run/Jog 5 minutes
- 20 paces, walking lunges
Run/Jog 3 minutes
- 20 squats in place
Run/Jog 5 minutes
- 20 paces, walking lunges
Run/Jog 7 minutes
- 15 push ups in place
