Cheeky Glutes & Abs
One very popular topic I’m always hearing about is “how to build a butt”.
If you aren’t born with a JLo booty, you want to learn how to build or grow one.
If you are blessed with a round, voluptuous booty, chances are you want to downsize that peach.
Well, if either of the above are your end game, my Cheeky Glutes (with abs) Workout is for you!
High rep, full range of motion squats, kick backs and lunges will lift and firm your booty while the lunges and shuffles with the loop bands will elevate your heart rate to burn body fat!
You’re going to love it!
Repeat this circuit 3 times through with 1-2 minute rest break between sets
1. 25 body weight squats holding dumbbells (I typically rest them on my shoulders)
2. 25 single leg glute bridge RIGHT
3. 25 single leg glute bridge LEFT
4. 25 sumo squats holding dumbbell
5. 30 side to side stepping lunges holding single dumb bells in opposite hand to working
leg(15/leg)
6. 50 banded glute kick backs (25/leg)
7. Low stance shuffle with band around knees (15 paces to the right, 15 paces to the left)
8. Wall sits with loop band- perform a wall sit with a ball between your back and the wall and a loop resistance band around knees. Push your knees out against the band for 20 pulses.
Repeat this circuit 3 times through with 1-2 minute rest break between sets
1. 30 Planks on forearms with side to side toe taps
2. 20 Reverse crunches
3. 30 Plank cross body toe touches
4. 20 Arm/Leg v-up crunch (*straight arm/straight leg toe touch, cross body, on back)
