By now, you’re prob seeing a trend – I love boot camp style workouts!
Are you like me and don’t always have the time to adhere to gym’s rigid class schedules?
Since my busy mom calendar doesn’t allow for regular boot camp class attendance, I have brought the best moves from my favorite boot camp to do at home within this 30 minute session!
This workout incorporates some dumbbells and I recommend starting with a lighter weight on the first round to see how that feels.
I also think it’s a great idea to keep a notebook with you during this workout for you to track how many reps you get.
Each time you complete this workout, you will be able to see that you are getting stronger and fitter every time!
