Here’s a little something you may not know about me: As a trainer, I have become well known for my booty workouts!
I have even written a book about it!
In fact, I’ve learned years ago that my stubborn booty wasn’t going to defy gravity if I didn’t work it hard and work it often!
It became a labor of love and I’ve grown to enjoy my butt workouts more than any other in my weekly training sessions!
