12 Healthy Starbucks Drinks Under 100 Calories

Attention coffee loving moms!

If you’ve been told you can’t make a Starbucks run and lose weight, you have been lied to!

I’ve compiled a list of my 12 go-to Starbucks drinks under 100 calories that will help you stick to your diet and ensure you don’t skip your java fix!

The first thing you want to do when ordering at Starbucks is avoid sweeteners at all costs.

Sugary syrups add tons of carbs which can derail your efforts by adding tons of unwanted extra calories.

Starbucks offers sugar free vanilla and cinnamon dolce syrups and you can also add cinnamon and nutmeg as well as stevia for calorie free flavor.

Half and half or skim milk are fine, but I always ask the barista for “light” or “a whisper” of cream. I get laughed at for the latter, but it ensures that my drink is not overly creamy with added calories and fat!

You also want to make sure that when you order from Starbucks that you stick to tall and grande sizes to keep your calories within the 50-100 calorie range.
