I would much rather chew my food than eat it!
Years ago in my early days as a fitness competitor, I learned that one way to make sure I fulfilled my daily protein needs, was to drink protein shakes.
I still never became a blender loving smoothie gal until last year when I came up with this recipe for my Momshells Superfood Smoothie!

Momshells Superfood Smoothie
- 2 scoops 1st Phorm Opti Greens, Mixed Berry
- 140 grams Frozen Mixed Berry Blend
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
