This week I’m going to introduce you to some of my favorite all time solutions to cure your sweet tooth.

So many women are ashamed to admit that they have a sweet tooth and it has made it a challenge to stick to their healthy eating plan.

Actual scientific research proves that women may have a lower threshold for sour, salty, and bitter flavors (likely due to our better sense of smell) which explains why we crave chocolate and sweets more than men do.

At different points in our cycle, girl hormones can cause certain taste buds to be more or less sensitive which can lead to heightened cravings for cocoa and sugar.

My easy Three Ingredient Dark Chocolate Pancakes are a quick and simple start to your day and a healthy way to get your chocolate on!
