Momshells 3 Ingredient Coffee Scrub to Improve Cellulite in 1 Month

If you’re a mom, chances are, you have cellulite.

I have battled the war against cellulite for years as a mom of two and I am excited to share with you my simple 3 Ingredient Cellulite Scrub to that has dramatically improved the appearance of my cellulite!

After children and as we age, our skin changes and believe it or not, cellulite is not an issue relating strictly to body fat.

There are a number of factors that contribute to that dimply skin on our booty and thighs including decreased circulation and collagen production.

The “orange peel” appearance seen when you have cellulite is due to fat being trapped between bands of connective tissue.

Have you ever seen those tabloid covers at the supermarket with photos of “Stars with Cellulite!”?

Even the rich, famous and skinny have cellulite.

Cellulite is not simply going to go away when we lose body fat.

You have to increase the circulation of the skin to help smooth the bumps and dimples.

If you have ever looked into purchasing an expensive cellulite cream, you will notice that caffeine is one of the key ingredients.

Caffeine has been shown to tighten and provides antioxidants to the skin when applied topically.

When applied religiously, along with some skin stimulation (how to below), coffee itself has been shown to reduce the appearance of cellulite!

By massaging a homemade, inexpensive combo of coconut oil, brown sugar and coffee grounds onto any problem area, you will stimulate blood flow resulting in smoother, firmer skin.

The bonus:  It wont even cost ten bucks to make several batches of this!  You can add essential oils like hazelnut and mint chocolate to make scented coffee scrubs and give to your mom friends as gifts!

You’ll be the favorite mom at playgroup!

Enjoy!
